Dr. Amit Kumar Chaurasia is an alumnus of three top Indian institutes — MBBS from JIPMER (Pondicherry), MD Internal Medicine from AIIMS New Delhi, and DM Cardiology from SCTIMST (Trivandrum) — and a fellowship at GOKI in Budapest, Hungary, where he spent three years working on complex coronary and structural heart disease. He is nationally and internationally recognised for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI/TAVR) and listed by Artemis as one of the first proctors for TAVI in India, with over 1,000 TAVI/TAVR procedures and over 10,000 cardiac procedures overall.
